The business operates two entities, one a trading entity and the second that owns the assets used in the business. The buyer of the 50% share in the trading business (which is registered with the NDIS) also has the option to purchase 50% of the shares in the asset holding company. The assets of the office premises were purchased in 2023 (under mortgage).
