Can I contact the seller directly?

Concierge is $2,950 + GST, runs until sold, and we handle the listing for you. You pay the package price once and never a share of your sale.
How much does a business broker charge?
Broker fees are negotiable, but a common guide is about 10% of the sale price, so on a $500,000 sale that would be around $50,000. Selling privately on Business For Sale has no commission. If you would rather use a broker, our directory helps you find one in your area.
